- Any requests from a company shall be responded immediately
- Contract shall include agreed work description
- We will agree upon short period for termination to give the
customer full flexibility
- Progress reports will be written regularly with agreed
periodicy
- Any deviations from plans, cost or functionality shall be reported
and agreed
- Invoicing each month includes actual working hours each week
- Meetings are summarised in short informal notes in a e-mail or as
formal minutes
- We can work in our own office with full computer support or at the
customers site
- Project documents and information will continuously be updated and
made available for the customer
- We can suggest www.projectplace.com as a tool for communication
and document distribution in the project
- We can suggest a phased approach for product development with
feasibility study, project preparation, design, verification,
pre-production and production phases as an example,
